New Country Home with a Full Basement

This was another project we were lucky to get approved. A new home in the countryside with an extensive full basement. The home was a retirement plan for a local farmer & they wanted a large house but was limited to a chalet bungalow. We then introduced a full basement with a delightful sunken courtyard.
